Cottage Rules

All cottages are Non-Smoking . We will charge a penalty of $200 if your cottage has evidence of smoking inside upon checkout. We are sorry but our cottages will no longer be pet friendly.

Linens, including towels, sheets, blankets and pillows are included with each cottage. We ask that you bring your own pool and beach towels.

We ask that you read our pool rules and please do not bring any glass items to the pool area. All glass must be kept at least 25 feet from the pool fence at all times.

Although smoking is permitted on the property please put your cigarette butts in a container and put it in one of the many trash barrels around the property.
